Testimony from July 25, 2016, Philadelphia "Moral Revival" Service on the Harmful Consequences of Disinvestment in Public Education

Below is a video testimony given at the "The Revival: Time for a Moral Revolution of Values" Philadelphia service on July 25, 2016, on the harmful consequences of disinvestment in Public Education.  A summary transcript of the video follows:

The massive disinvestment in the funding of the Philadelphia public school system has had far reaching consequences. There are only 11 librarians for 200,000 students. Schools have one counselor for 750 students applying to college. Some schools have no counselors at all. The parents were presented with a false choice. Support fracking, poison the earth, and then tax the generated revenue or cut funds to the public school system and deny their children access to a quality public education.
