More than one third of Stop and Frisk encounters carried out by the Philadelphia police department in the first half of 2015 were made without reasonable suspicion according to a civil rights report filed in district court in Philadelphia this week. Donald Myers tells of his experiences with Stop and Frisk incidents and how, ultimately, it led to "the conversation" he had to have with his young son.
