Testimony from the August 28, 2016, Washington, DC "Moral Revival" Service on the Need for DC Statehood and Voting Rights in Congress

Below is a video testimony given at "The Revival: Time for a Moral Revolution of Values" Washington DC service on August 28, 2016, on the Need for DC statehood and voting rights in Congress.  A summary transcript of the video follows:

Anise Jenkins wants to "Free DC" and have Representation in Congress for Washington DC that should go along with her taxes that she pays as a US citizen. She advocates statehood for Washington DC. The irony is that they can not vote for DC statehood because they have no representation in Congress to bring resolutions to a vote for DC statehood. Full citizenship offers the right to have representation in Congress. The same should be true for the 700,000 residents of Washington DC.
