Testimony from the August 28, 2016, Washington, DC "Moral Revival" Service on the Negligence in our Public Housing Facilities

Below is a video testimony given at "The Revival: Time for a Moral Revolution of Values" Washington DC service on August 28, 2016, on the Negligence in our Public Housing Facilities.   A summary transcript of the video follows:

India Fuller lives in public housing. She and her neighbors are constantly afraid that they will be removed from the public housing units. Therefore, the residents are afraid to report needed repairs. When the repairs do get scheduled, the repair timeframe can be as long as two months. The residents are displaced. In addition, the developers want to inflate housing rates after repairs are done, and this also forces current residents to leave because they can not afford the increased monthly payments.
